Richard Anderson was born and raised in Tulare, California, by his parents Dick and Donna Anderson. Richard attended Tulare Western High School. Richard’s great aunt, a seasoned Sacramento Realtor, encouraged Richard to obtain a real estate license and convinced him it would be a natural fit; his aunt Beth was right. In Richard’s first year as a licensed Realtor, he was named the top Realtor at his firm. Richard has been helping buyers and sellers with their residential, commercial, and agricultural properties since 2002. Richard opened the Anderson Group in 2014. The Anderson Group is a local real estate brokerage built on years of experience, integrity, and most importantly trust. The brokerage prides itself on serving its clients even in the most complex of situations. In 2016, Richard opened Anderson Management, a property management company based in Tulare, CA. Richard and his team have earned a reputation for having one of the lowest eviction rates in the county. They currently help hundreds of property owners get their properties rented and managed.
